故事描述主角「小日向光」是個外表開朗活潑的少女，她很熱愛潛水最喜歡奶奶燉的豬骨湯。而「大木雙葉」則是從東京轉學到這個鄉下的高中，她喜歡看海不過個性就顯得比較害羞內向。害羞的雙葉在契機下認識了光，並在她的帶領下、一起加入了潛水社。
