講述了為了對抗「紅之世界」侵略而特別編成的戰鬥單位驚鴻騎士的成員，與作為LAG教官兼指揮官的少女主人公間的全新生活。失去神的人世，自紅之世界的侵略者，充滿謎團的異世界生命體Night Fly Onot和紅之結界／Scared持續所侵蝕。人類為了要能夠對抗Night Fly Onot，以沖繩的石垣島做為基地，成立了對位相外防衛機關LAG。儘管對Night Fly Onot持著戰鬥單位Scared Ride膽敢挺身而出，但在過去五次激烈的戰鬥中，皆重覆地以全滅告終。 在那之後又有五位少年組成了第六戰鬥單位IS，又稱 Scared Rider Xechs。但是幾乎就在SRX組成的同時間，Night Fly Onot的侵略中斷了。失去戰鬥對手的狀態下，換來的是毫無目地的日常磨滅熱情的每一天。SRX的隊員們為了打發焦燥、厭煩的時間，組成了樂團Odd-I's，以音樂活動開始活躍。以這樣狀況下，一位少女作為教官兼指揮官到LAG就任。她與少年一起，嶄新的生活就這樣開始了。
